For you to decide whether I am the right therapist for you, let me tell you a little bit about myself and what I can do to help.

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I have been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2015. With almost 10 years of experience in the field, my primary specialities include helping individuals struggling with depression and anxiety as well as helping individuals who seek healing and recovery from traumatic experiences. I am also dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges such as loss,  in the hopes of achieving a greater sense of well-being.

With a warm and empathic approach, my goal is to provide you a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to explore issues that have been troubling you as well as a space for you to feel seen, heard, and valued.

I’m so happy you’re here…

I lived most of my life in southwestern, Ontario however, I did spend some time in Europe as a young child and the United States in my 20s, until finally returning to Canada in my early 30s. Now, I live near the Bloor West Village with my husband and two young children. During my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, going for walks, and swimming in the lake at our cottage
