For you to decide whether I am the right therapist for you, let me tell you a little bit about myself and what I can do to help.
I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have been a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since 2015. With 7 years of experience in the field, my primary specialities include helping individuals struggling with depression and anxiety as well as helping individuals who seek healing and recovery from traumatic experiences. I am also dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges such as loss, in the hopes of achieving a greater sense of well-being.
With a warm and empathic approach, my goal is to provide you a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore issues that have been troubling you as well as a space for you to feel seen, heard and valued.
I’m so happy you’re here…
I lived most of my life in southwestern, Ontario however I did spend some time in Europe as a young child and the United States in my 20’s, until finally returning to Canada in my early 30’s. I now live near the Bloor West Village with my husband and two young children. I was fortunate to take time away from my work as a psychotherapist to be at home with my children but now I am ready and excited to get back to work. During my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, going for walks, and swimming in the lake at our cottage
